Cancellation policy

Pre-paid orders once placed cannot be cancelled. No refund will be issued on pre-paid orders.

If the customer still wishes to cancel a pre-paid order, we will charge the customer a Rs 300.00 fee before a refund.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The order can be returned only if:

• If the shipment received has been physically damaged in transit and the customers have retained its original packaging with pictures.
• If part of the order or items are missing from the packaging.

Refund policy

All products once purchased are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be entertained if the delivered product is not as per the orders placed.

Shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Raiz is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery of the product. Returns & Exchanges are subject to inspection by Raiz.
